Immaculately clean, brand-new hotel with helpful and excellent staff. Spacious and wonderful room with a comfortable decor. Good choice of fresh bread, cereals, yogurt, and hot waffles at breakfast. Really good experience there.

The rooms with a good view. Unbeatable and comfortable location for our visit to Santa Claus House Christmas Store just a short walk away from the hotel. Very comfortable area close enough to a grocery store and several fast food restaurants, and the Pagoda Chinese restaurant.

Extremely friendly staff and beautifully decorated and perfect place. Nice building and rooms with a good view. A lot of food for breakfast including fresh bread, cereals, yogurt, and hot waffles. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The bar serves fresh bread, cereals, yogurt, and hot waffles in the morning. The location of the hotel in North Pole is good and absolutely perfect, near to Santa Claus House as well as areas of site seeing. And it's by Thirtymile Slough.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. Firstly, the location was perfect for me as it was close to the Santa Claus House, where we got to see the Northern Lights. The hotel itself was lovely, with comfortable rooms and basic amenities that suited my needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. Furthermore, the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and I'm sure you will too.

The staff was outstandingly friendly and my stay was very good, will be back. The venue was wonderful, I loved the stay and the location was favourable close to a Safeway store, supermarket and restaurants, and one Christmas shop. Units with a good view;)))

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location ideal for our purposes, it was close to highway. The breakfast was served in the bar.

The staff was helpful and friendly, convenient location with nearby amenities, comfy rooms and beds, pet-friendly, enjoyable recommended activities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and fridge. The hotel also provided a map with nearby public locations to get better views of the Northern Lights. The location was convenient, with restaurants, a grocery store, and other stores within walking distance.

The bathroom in the room was lacking in towel racks and lights. It would have been more convenient to have more places to hang towels and better lighting in the bathroom.
